Given -
4x = -y +2

Solve it for -y

-y = -4x +2
y = 4x - 2

We need minimum two points to fix the straight line

At x = 0; y = 4(0) - 2 = -2
(0, -2) is one point

At y = 0; 4x - 2 = 0
4x = 2
x = `2/4 = 1/2`
(`1/2`, 0) is another point.

x co-ordinate of the second point is a fraction. You can avoid this by suitably taking another value for y, instead of zero.

You shall take 2 as the y- co-ordinate.
At y = 2
4x - 2 = 2
4x = 2 + 2
x = `4/4`= 1
(1, 2 ) shall be your second point

The two points you are going to plot are -

(0, -2) ; (1, 2)
