it is very complicated to say but in simple words
the aliphatic compounds
the electrophilic decrease the reactivity of the compound
the nucleophilic increases the reactivity slightly
but in aromatic
the electrophilic adds at meta positions
the nucleophilic adds at ortho and para positions
