#HCl + KOH rarr KCl + H_2O#

Therefore 0.1 mole of KOH is required to neutralise HCl

#2HCl + Be(OH)_2 rarr BeCl_2 + 2H_2O#

For this reaction 0.05 mole of #Be(OH)_2# is required for neutralization of HCl

#3HCl + Ga(OH)_3 rarr GaCl_3 + 3H_2O#

For this reaction 0.033 mole of #Ga(OH)_3# is required for neutralization of HCl

But other compounds do not react hence therefore HCl can not act as the limiting reagent but merely depends on their solubility
