Sure. Not significant amounts, but sure. It has less than approximately #0.5%# of Tyrosine (Tyr, Y).

It's richest in Gly (#21%#), Pro (#12%#), Hyp (#12%#), and Glu (#10%#). The rest of the amino acid composition (Ala, Arg, Asp, Lys, Ser, Leu, Val, Phe, Thr, Ile, Hyl, Met, His) is #10%# or below. Again, this varies by gelatin sample.
