Explanation:

Proteins made by the ribosomes on the endoplasmoc reticulum get into it after being made. They travel through this ER and leave it via a vesicle to join the nearby golgi apparatus. There this protein modified to take its final shape by adding or cutting parts of it.
This protein in then and via a vesicle faces one of three fates, being secreted to the outside of the cell, being stored in this vesicle, or it is embedded in the membrane of this vesicle which fuses with the cell membrane so the protein become part of it.
