Factor the denominator.

#(x-2)/((x+1)(x+3))=A/(x+1)+B/(x+3)#

#x-2=A(x+3)+B(x+1)#

If #x=-3#:

#-3-2=B(-2)#
#B=5/2#

If #x=-1#:

#-1-2=A(2)#
#A=-3/2#
