Use a little reasoning to find:
(x+6)^2+(y-7)^2 = 6^2
or if really fussy:
(x-(-6))^2+(y-7)^2 = 6^2
Explanation:
The general equation of a circle with centre
(x-h)^2+(y-k)^2 = r^2
In our case
graph{((x-(-6))^2+(y-7)^2-6^2)((x-(-6))^2+(y-7)^2-0.012)=0 [-24.75, 15.25, -3.52, 16.48]}
