Possibly chloroplast.

Explanation:

From the looks of it, that cell is a plant cell due to its rigid structure and the presence of a cell wall. If we consider the choices, nucleus is unlikely because it is almost always found at the center of the cell, and does not coil around.

Flagellum or flagella are structures typical of an animal cell and not that of plants, not to mention flagella are always found outside a cell.

Ribosomes are small organelles often represented as tiny dots embedded in the rough endoplasmic reticulum or scattered in the cytoplasm. Either way, ribosomes don't look like that either.

Which leaves us the remaining answer: Chloroplast. Although, far as I know, chloroplasts are similar in appearance to mitochondria and don't exactly coil around the cell...

This is confusing.

Explanation:

Not C as chloroplast isn't a "line".
Not D, because ribosomes are small dots.
Not B, because it's an outer structure. But I would go with it because it's the only structure that has this line-like shape.
Not A, becuase that's not how nucleus look like.
