What is the difference between peanut butter and hazelnut butter? I suppose you could point to aqueous solubility.

Explanation:

The solubility of #Na_2SO_4# in water is #13.9# #g# per #100# #mL# at #20# #""^@C#. Barium sulfate is practically insoluble in water at this temperature.

So the obvious question is why this differential solubility? Clearly, the ionic bonds between particles in barium sulfate should be greater in magnitude than that between particles in sodium sulfate. Why?

PS The difference between peanut butter and hazelnut butter is that hazelnut butter is much more tasty!
