Do the sun and earth revolve in the same direction?

Both Sun and Earth spin in anticlockwise sense. Earth revolves around Sun in the same sense. In view of the spiral arms of Milky Way (MW), I surmise that Sun revolves likewise, about MW center.

Explanation:

I find some artists' depictions showing Sun's revolution in the clockwise sense.
Sun's spin period is about 11 years. Its orbit period is about 230 million years.
All these data might be improved with higher precision, upon further research.
