I do not think you can multiply them!

Explanation:

You can use the dimensions of the original matrices as:

In your case you get:
#2×3# and #4x2#
So that #n=3# is different from #k=4# and the multiplication is not possible!
On the other hand if you multiply the other way round you get:
#4×2# and #2×3#
It is possible and the result will have dimension #4×3#.
