Yes, it is studied mainly in physiology.

If a person feels stressed out, the cortisol hormone will trigger the angiotensin hormone to constrict the blood vessels which in return, according to the Bernoulli principle, an increase in the speed of a fluid occurs simultaneously with a decrease in pressure or a decrease in the fluid's potential energy which results into a higher blood pressure.
