What plane divides the heart into atria and ventricles?

Actually, there is no strict horizontal plane that divides heart, but there are valves that are the board between atria and ventricle. In contrast to "fake" horizontal plane, there is septum of heart that divides heart into two hemispheres consisted of one atria and a ventricle.
