$16 is for the membership
and $7 is charged for every class

so, for one class the amount will be = $16 + $7 x1
= $23

  for two classes                            = $16 + $7 x 2

for 'n' number of classes = $16+$7 xn

if the total is 'y' (consider) , and the number of classes is 'x'
then the resulting equation is,
y = 16 +7x
