#3/4x=5/8-4#.
Then we calculate #5/8-4# that is
#5/8-4=5/8-32/8=(5-32)/8=-27/8#, so we have
#3/4x=-27/8#.
Now we multiply left and right for #4/3# because we want to remove the #3/4# in front of the #x#

#4/3*3/4x=4/3*(-27/8)#
