1) United Kingdom
2) France
3) Russia
4) Belgium
5) Serbia
and later Italy against Austria and USA almost at end of the war
Their plan is to squeeze the Central Forces from the West (France, Belgium and UK) east Russia and Serbia

Yes especially UK, and France were politically aligned and to some extent Russia under the Tzar.
