Astrophysics try to describe the observational data of astronomy as consequences of the physical laws that we know.
For example the evolution of a star is evaluated as a function of the nuclear reactions that we think the star has inside.
Astrobiology is the science that study the origin and evolution of life in the universe. Primarily on Earth, but there are also many studies about the possible existence of life on other planets of the Solar System or even on the so-called exoplanets.
Then the studies are mainly focused on the possible conditions that a planet should have to sustain life.
Astrophysics and astrobiology are two different sciences.
