What is enthalpy a form of?

Enthalpy is technically a form of energy. We pretty much always use units of `"kJ"` or `"kJ/mol"` for it, and joules are a unit of energy.

In fact, enthalpy can be defined as heat flow at a constant pressure:

`DeltaH = q_p`

And heat flow is... well, thermal energy.
