Explanation:
Rocket moves on Newton's third law of motion which is For every action, there is equal and opposite reaction.
Inside rocket there is a fuel and an oxidizer. When fuel burns hot gases are produced in the rocket and the gases escape though the nozzle This produce thrust in the opposite direction and push the rocket forward.
Reaction from the flow of hot gases through nozzle push the rocket forward.
