Explanation:
The nucleus always contains one or more positively charged protons and none or more neutrons. Only one form of hydrogen contains no neutrons. Generally the number of neutrons is larger than the number of protons. To delve even further one would say that each proton is made of 3 quarks while each neutron is made from 3 other quarks.
