Unicellular (mostly)

Explanation:

Very few exceptions exist, but some multi-cellular do exist. Prokaryotes are simple cells with no membrane-bound organelles, they can be round, cylindrical or spiral shaped. My understanding that there are a few species that resemble fungi that can be loosely described as multicellular, but as a general statement you could say that prokaryotes are unicellular.
