In uses of the verb 'to be' (is,were, was, etc.) and deliberate displacment for special emphasis.

Explanation:

Examples:
"He is fat" - where 'fat' comes after 'is'.
"He surveyed the steak set before him , juicy, glistening with fat, delectable." The usual position of an adjective in English is preceding a noun, but for special emphasis it can be placed elsewhere - providing that it does not make meaning ambiguous.
