The cone is cut at 7 cm from base, So upper radius of the frustum of cone is r2=9794=0.889cm ; slant ht l=72+(40.889)2=49+9.678=58.678=7.66cm
Top surface area At=π0.8892=2.48cm2

Slant Area As=πl(r1+r2)=π7.66(4+0.889)=117.65cm2
