#-6s+9+5=-32#

All you have to know is that whenever you change sides, you have to change the sign as well. I will put #9# and #5# on the other side.

#-6s=-32-9-5#

#-6s=-46#

#s=(-46)/-6=23/3#

You can check your answer by plugging the value of #s# that you just found.

So, #-6s+9+5=-32#

#=>-6(23/3)+9+5=-32#

#=>-2 cancel color (red) 6(23/(1 cancel color (red) (3)))+9+5=-32#
