The prefix #c# means "centi" or #1/100#

Explanation:

Just like there are 100 cm in 1 m, there are 100 cg in 1 g.
(and this goes for all SI-units)

So #567cg=567xx1/100g=5.67g#

Note:
Except for #cm#, the #c-#prefix is hardly used. Mostly, we use multiples of thousands, like
#k- =kilo=1000#
#M- =Mega=1000000#
#G- =Giga=1000000000#
#m- =milli=0.001#
#mu- = micro=0.000001#
