Is there any possibility to retake Aleska State from US as it was belong to Russia once?

Probably not. The Russian got rid of Alaska because they were vulnerable to having it taken from them. Present American presence is robust.
Explanation:
The Purchase in 1867 was in response to Russia sense of vulnerability after the Crimean War. They offered it to both Britain and the US in the late 1850s after that War. The American Civil War delayed American interest.
The Purchase helped precipitate the creation of the Dominion of Canada.
It is interesting that the Japanese attacked the Aleutian Islands (part of Alaska) as diversion as part of the attack on Midway (There is debate on this interpretation). The Japanese occupation ended when they evacuated. The Americans and Canadians mounted landings to retake the 2 occupied Island but the Japanese were gone.
American General Billy Mitchell once said: "I believe that in the future, whoever holds Alaska will hold the world. I think it is the most important strategic place in the world."
There is an extensive American military presence in Alaska and the weather and terrain can be hostile to military operations. Supply of large groups of personnel would be difficult.
