Yes there are.

Explanation:

Hydrogen is one example, but this is about positioning, whether it should be on top of group 1 or should it not be as clearly its not a metal and group 1 is on the metal part of the periodic table.

Another example is for the Lanthanides and Actinides and to their positioning on the periodic table, usually they are presented on the bottom of the table purely because there isn't enough space for them on the proper table.
