What would cause night sweats in a two-year-old?

Many factors may determine why a toddler would have night sweats but I may have an idea. See below.
Explanation:
- Warm temperature inside the room which causes sweating.
- Possible influenza infection or tuberculosis. TB, if you live in a tropical country. It is called Primary Complex in children and Influenza infection if in a cold country.
- The child may feel anxious in his/her environment.
It would be best to check his/her body temperature first with a thermometer. If it is higher than 37.5 degrees celsius, refer him/her to a doctor for a blood work and chest xray. That's just my two cents and please do not think of this as a diagnosis or anything.
