Well, since we are in the Chemistry section, electrons, protons, and neutrons are the smallest fundamental particles.

Your question is posted in chemistry and it needs to be posted in physics. Quarks are the smallest particles we know . Many quarks make up one electron, proton and neutron. But if we refer to chemistry electron is the smaller both than proton and neutron.
