#Fe^(2+)(aq) + 2OH^-)(aq) = Fe(OH)_2(s)#

Explanation:

Iron(ll)chloride = FeCl2 not FeCl3 because the (ii) sign is showing that iron in this compound has a charge of 2+ unlike Fe has a charge of 3+ in Fe(iii)Cl3 which has a sign (iii)

potassium hydroxide =KOH

obviously it would produce

#FeCl_2 + 2KOH = Fe(OH)_2 + 2KCl#

The Ionic reaction is

#Fe^(2+)(aq) + 2Cl^-)(aq) + 2K^+(aq) + 2OH^-)(aq) = Fe(OH)_2(s) + 2K + 2Cl^-)(aq)#

#Fe(OH)_2# is solid as it is insoluble

To find the net ionic reaction cut out the same ions on both sides

#Fe^(2+)(aq) + cancel((2Cl^-)(aq)) + cancel((2K^+)(aq)) + 2OH^-)(aq) = Fe(OH)_2(s) + cancel((2K^+)(aq)) + cancel((2Cl^-)(aq)) #

#Fe^(2+)(aq) + 2OH^-)(aq) = Fe(OH)_2(s)#
