Farmer Bob has a field that is 9.5 acres long and 12.5 acres wide. He buys more cows and so needs more space. The parcel of land next to his that lies along the 9.5 acre side is available for sale and is 8 acres long. Write an expression showing the dimensions of Farmer Bob's total acreage.
