The proposal is egregiously WRONG........

Explanation:

The #""^1H# atom, #"the protium isotope"# contains NO neutrons in its nucleus, and this is possibly the most abundant material in the universe. The #""^2H# atom, #"the deuterium isotope"#, and the #""^3H# atom, #"the tritium isotope"# are much less abundant, and these contain 1 or 2 neutrons respectively............
