By definition, "solvated". Whimsically, maybe 'happy', 'gregarious', 'in demand', 'crowded'... ;)

Explanation:

By definition, the "solvent" is the major compound and the "solute" is the minor compound in solution. The roles/labels may be reversed if the compounds are mutually miscible.

When a solute molecule is "surrounded" by the solvent, it is simply in solution, or solvated. If you want to distinguish this condition from one in which it may connect with other solute molecules you might say that it is 'diluted'.
