I am assuming this is one of those "you've got 10 seconds to answer" multiple choice things as that is what it looks like. Here symmetry is your friend. If we slice the sphere and re-arrange as per the drawing we see that the general idea of #I = sum m_i r_i^2# means that #I_z = I_x = I_z#.
