the complimentary strand of AACCGTGCAACCGTC is
TTGGCACGTTGGCAG.

Explanation:

A and T are complimentary
C and G are complimentary

So if a DNA strand is ATCG, the complimentary strand would be
TAGC.

Look at it this way:
AACCGTGCAACCGTC
TTGGCACGTTGGCAG

across from every A is a T, across from every C is G, across from every T is A, and across from every G is C.

Note*: RNA follows the same rule, except instead of T it has U.
