= ((-2+4)/2 ,(2+2)/2)
= (2/2 ,4/2)

after getting the centerwe have to find the distance from any one point
we get that
sqrt((4^2-1^2)+(2^2-2^2)
sqrt(3^2 = 3
so essentially theans is3 units
