Frequency and wavelength for any wave is related as,

#lamdanu = v# where #v# is the velocity of the wave.

For light #v = c = 3 * 10^8 ms^(-1)#

Then, for a given wavelength, #lamda = 7 * 10^(-7) m#, the corresponding frequency,

#nu = (3 * 10^8)/(7 * 10^(-7)) s^-1#

#implies nu = 30/7 * 10^(7+7) s^-1#

Which finally gives,

#nu = 4.28 * 10^(14) s^-1#
