The velocity is the integral of the acceleration

a(t)=2t+5

v(t)=int(2t+5)dt

=2/2t^2+5t+C

When t=0, v(0)=5

v(0)=0+0+C=5

C=5

v(t)=t^2+5t+5

So,

v(2)=2^2+5*2+5=4+10+5=19ms^-1
