Explanation:

#1.# Often you add a little to distilled water to your flask during the titration to swill the sides; the presence of a bit of water does not affect the acid/base reagent present.

#2.# I presume that there was extra #HOAc# in the flask, the titre (of #NaOH#) will be high.

#3.# No effect, I would have added 3-4 drops anyway.....because phenolphthalein is colourless at low pH, often you forget you've added indicator already, and give it another dose, to be sure, to be sure.

#4.# You have not accounted for the extra titrant, concentration will be high.

#5.# There should be no effect.
