Perhaps you meant:

#1/(1/x-3)=0#

If so, there are no solutions. There no value of #y# such that #1//y=0#.

We can also attempt to solve this by multiplying both sides by #1//x-3#, which results in the obviously false equality #1=0#. As such, there are no solutions.
