Explanation:
The fact that krypton and radon (along with the rest of the noble gases) do not easily bond with other elements arises mostly from that they have complelety full valence shells.
It wouldn't be very energetically favorable for these elements to "form" bonds with other elements. There would be a lot of electron-electron repulsions, and noble gases also have very high ionization energies (do not easily give up electrons) and low electron affinities (do not want to accept electrons).
