So, cell culture is a method that scientists use to grow a cell under a controlled condition or in a laboratory.
To be able to do that,
- The cell interest has to be dissected to an exposed of the same type.
- The second step is to add protein digesting enzyme to separate out the cell
- The final step is to add sugar or salt if necessary as well as antibiotics to prevent bacteria growth and then keep it in cell culture.

This process has to be done in optimal condition, this means under the optimal temperature usually it is 37 degrees Celsius. It has to have necessary nutrients and has to be moist. Glucose has to be available for cells to respire by reacting with oxygen, so they can get energy, means they are able to function.
