I don't know because 1/9 = 0.(1), so ... can 9/9 be 0.(9)

I am not used to the parentheses to indicate repeated decimals. I am more familiar with the "bar" notation

#0.bar(9)#

Regardless of how we denote repeated digits,

#1/9 = 0.(1) = 0.bar(1)#

#1/3 = 3/9 = 0.(3) = 0.bar(3)#

and

#9/9 = 0.(9) = 0.bar(9)#, but also #9/9 = 1#

so

#0.(9) = 0.bar(9) = 1#
