I'm guessing you mean Zinc + Steam #=># Zinc oxide + Hydrogen.

Explanation:

In the equation above, zinc is more reactive than hydrogen. (Do take a look at the Reactivity Series).

Hence, Zinc (Zn) would react with oxygen to form ZnO (i.e. zinc oxide) and hence displace hydrogen, that's why Hydrogen gas is produced by this reaction.
