Velocity and wavelength changes but frequency does not changes.

Explanation:

When light passes from air into water it undergoes a change of velocity and wavelength but NOT frequency as frequency only depends upon the source and on nothing else.
And they are related as
#nu=v/lamda#
Hence in order to keep frequency constant both velocity and wavelength has to increase or decrease simultaneously.
