We have y = (-5x^(2/5))*(-2x_1^3)

By associative and commutative properties of ordinary multiplication,

y = [(-2)*(-5)][x^(2/5)*x_1^3]
implies y = 10x^(2/5)x_1^3

That's all the simplification one can do with the expression.
