force acting on a particle is zero then and only then the particle
remain unaccelerated (i.e., remains at rest or moves with constant
velocity )"
In otherwords if the acceleration of a particle is zero then force acting on that particle will be zero.
Since the Helicopter is rising with a constant velocity it's net acceleration is zero hence the force acting on the helicopter will be zero
