The radicle and plumule develop into future plant .
Explanation:
- The seeds absorb water and swell. First of all, radicle comes out from the seed and grows along the gravitational force. The radicle develops into root system differently in dicots and monocots.
- The plumule comes out from the seed after the radicle and develops into the shoot system.
