Factor the top and bottom (reverse distributive property):

#(6m^2)/(4m^2-4m)=(2m*m)/(4m*(m-1))=(2m*m)/(2*2m*(m-1))#

This is a good time to point out that #m!=0 or 1# because then you would be dividing by #0#.
