root(3)(343)

Explanation:

For converting an exponential form (i.e. 343^(1/3)) into a radical form, I just remember what the basic form sqrtx is in its exponential form which is x^(1/2).

The numerator of the power 1/3 which is 1, is the power of the radicand 343. The denominator of the power 1/3 which is 3, is the index (the outside) of the radical.
